We take the time up front to get to know our clients. Once we understand a company, its culture and its current needs, we target key competitors and begin contacting potential candidates. Because searches are often confidential, we choose candidates carefully and approach them discreetly. We conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, screening them up front so that my clients see only the best. And I always deliver candidates within 30 days of a signed contract.

Personal Attention
We work on a maximum of 3 searches at one time and personally handle each assignment. Whether it’s a client or a candidate calling, we answer the phone, we do the research, we conduct the interviews, we present the candidates, we close the deals, and we are assisted by 2 experienced and capable research associates. In short, we do whatever it takes to get the job done. Because we are committed to staying small, we easily avoid potential conflicts of interest that arise in larger firms. In fact, we can go places that the big firms can’t, meaning that we have greater access to more top talent.

We adhere to the most stringent standards of ethical and professional practices established by the Association of Executive Search Consultants. All interviews and data are completely confidential. We never recruit employees from current clients, and we have a two-year off-limits policy.
